EMBERS offers a matched savings Asset Development Account program called CA$H Plan – Capital Acquisition and Savings Help – to qualifying business clients and graduates of the Build a Business program.

Through a combination of financial literacy classes and business coaching, CA$H Plan is designed to support EMBERS' entrepreneurs to build equity toward the start up and operation of their businesses and to develop strong personal financial management skills. The CA$H Plan program is offered twice a year.
